Great podcast. I am the official world record holder in Galaga, Twin Galaxies certified. Andrew Barra from Ne Zealand defeated m at the Galaga tournament in New Mexico. It would have been great to have gotten information from Barra ,Phil Day, or myself. The galaga contestants formed Galaga Forum. We recently had a tournament in Brisbane Australia. Galaga players were flown in by Pincadia. You guys are absolutely correct about the galaga competitive community . We are active and competitive. Best of all we are all good friends. There is a long thread article Galaga "Every Mission is a suicide mission" by Nick Mainieri . Nick wrote the article based off the Meow Wolf Galaga Tournament.
